主に担当頂いた方はハキハキとお話しされていて、丁寧で分かり易く好感の持てる対応でした。
お陰様で良い部屋も見つかりましたので長く住みたいとは思いますが、今後何かの折にはまたお世話になれればと思います。

2階以上が希望と言っているのに
なぜか1階の物件を紹介されいきなり管理会社と15分くらい話す。
この辺の駅周辺の利便性はどうですか？と聞いても分からないのか曖昧な答え。
管理会社と電話で話している時は声のトーンが高くて、お客の私には時折態度が悪かったです。
なぜこんなにクチコミが良いのか全く分かりませんでした。申し訳ないですが、本当に時間の無駄でした。

I had no idea why the reviews were so good. I'm sorry, but it was a real waste of time.

柏駅周辺の他の不動産にも問い合わせしましたが、こちらのお店にお願いして本当に良かったです。
山本さんに担当していただきました。
そのほかの従業員さんも誠実な対応してみえました。
ただ外国人の方の電話対応は少し聞き取りにくいかもしれません。
入居を急いでいましたが、オンラインで契約の説明があり、スムーズに入居する事ができました。
I was worried because I live far away, but I was able to decide on a room in one day by exchanging information on LINE in advance.
I also inquired about other real estate around Kashiwa station, but it was really good to ask this shop.
Mr. Yamamoto was in charge.
Other employees also seemed to respond in good faith.
However, it may be a little difficult for foreigners to answer the phone.
I was in a hurry to move in, but I was able to move in smoothly because the contract was explained online.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ LINEで色々リクエストを聞いて頂いて、こちらも楽しく、物件探し〜内見〜契約まで出来ました。
最初のLINEから、内見で見て決めるまでが２週間くらい。入居日を伸ばす交渉もしていただいて上手く行き、繁忙期前に入居出来たのが良かったです。
リピート割も活用し、仲介手数料抑えられました。エイブル直営、スタッフ安定感あり良いと思います。
