Bridgestone is no longer directly managed, and there are bicycles from other manufacturers. The clerk is as kind and polite as ever.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 大通り交差点の目の前にも関わらず、デカいトラックを堂々と路駐して自転車を出し入れしていた。うしろがかなり混雑し、危険な運転をして追い越していくドライバーも沢山出てきていた。一刻も早く店舗の場所を変えるか閉店するかしてほしい。
Despite being in front of the main street crossing, I used to park a big truck in and out of my bicycle. Behind it was quite crowded, and many drivers were driving dangerously and overtaking. I would like you to change the location of the store or close it as soon as possible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 他の方の口コミは良さそうですが、私はたまたま運が悪かったのかかなり不愛想な店員さん（店長？）だな～と思いました（かれこれ６，７年前の事ですが）。
The reviews of other people seem to be good, but I thought that I was a rather unfriendly clerk (manager?) Because I happened to be unlucky (although it was 6 or 7 years ago).

The customer service is so good that I have never complained to any clerk.
