★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 高額なパーツを購入しましたが、ちゃんと取付けしてもらえませんでした。
工賃も取っているくせに、取付け中も「面倒くさい…」を連呼されて、挙句に純正じゃないからこんなもんだ！と言われました。
因みに、別の店舗ではしっかり取付け出来ました。
I bought expensive parts, but they didn't install properly.
Even though I was paying wages, I was called “troublesome…” during installation, so it was n’t genuine! They said.
By the way, I was able to install it in another store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 子供用の自転車のスポークが1本だけなくなってしまい、あ〇ひでは1本だけでは売ってもらえず困っていました。シエロさんでは前に防犯登録をお願いしたときに、とても感じいい対応して頂いたことがあったので相談に伺いました。シエロさんでは在庫のスポークを調べていただき、ピッタリの長さの物はありませんでしたが、アドバイスをいただき無事に自転車を直すことが出来とても助かりました。
There was only one spoke for my child's bicycle, and I was in trouble because I couldn't sell just one. When I asked for crime prevention registration before, Mr. Cielo had a very nice response, so I asked for consultation. Mr. Cielo checked the spokes in stock and there was nothing that was perfect length, but I was able to repair the bicycle safely with advice and it was very helpful.
