く	くー on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 下見で行きました。地下２階にメインとサブアリーナ、畳の部屋があり、地下１階はアリーナ側の見学席（観客席）となってました。昔の東京オリンピックと2020のオリンピックトーチが展示されており、卓球が盛んなんですかね？メインアリーナは卓球の団体が使われてました。中に入ってないので設備は分かりませんでしたが、パッと見ではキレイなかんしです。 I went for a preview. 谷	谷合美香 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ スポーツイベント参加で利用しました。ロッカーはコイン式（100円で終了時に返却）、施設利用料も良心価格（市民は400円）で、プールもある、『運動で健康維持』思想の方にはたまらない施設かもしれません。施設設備を利用した教室も、ほぼ毎日・毎時間設定されているので、運動慣れしている人から、運動に不安のある方まで、幅広くカバーされていると思います。平日日中の教室がどうしても多く、サラリーマンには利用しにくい惜しさがあるものの、イベント体験は楽しく参加できたので、休日の運動にここで体を動かすのは有意義な時間となりそうです。 I used it to participate in a sporting event. Although there are many classrooms during the day on weekdays and it is difficult for office workers to use it, the event experience was fun and I enjoyed it, so it seems to be a meaningful time to exercise here for holiday exercise.

T	Thom Harrison on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best public sports/swimming centres in Tokyo. As ever, there's no English membership forms or guidance at any stage, but 400 yen (or 200 for Mitaka residents) is silly cheap. Opens at 9am which is rather late in the morning.
