二次面接時に「合否に関わらず、必ず電話での採用又は不採用通知をする」とのことだったが、社長が仰っていた日を過ぎても連絡は来ず…。
採用の場合はなるべく早く働けるようにしてくれるとのことで、こちらもすぐに働けるように準備し、お待ちしてたので非常にショックです。
採用する気があるのか否かは知り得ないが、応募する側も時間とお金を使っていることを理解して頂きたいです。
