この近辺は住宅街でお店が少ない印象なので、周りの住民はかなり重宝するのではないでしょか？
 I visited it quickly, but it looks like a medium to large facility with various shops.
The area around here is a residential area with few shops, so the residents around me may find it very useful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ イトーヨーカ堂を中心とした大型のモールで、ブックオフやダイソーの大型店等に加えて、隣の区役所や図書館までワンストップでほとんどのことが済んでしまう便利な場所。
この辺りはイオンの勢力が強いので、ヨーカ堂があることは品揃えのバリエーション点からもありがたい。
これだけの広大な土地が残っていたのは、もともと今のスバル（旧富士重工業）の工場（その前は競馬場）の跡地であるからで、今でもスバルの子会社のオフィスがちょっとだけ…
また、ステラ（ラテン語の星）の名前もスバル（昴、六連星、プレアデス星団）から。

Aeon's power is strong in this area, so I'm grateful that Ito-Yokado is available because of the variation in the product lineup.
The reason why such a vast land remained was because it was originally the site of the factory of Subaru (formerly Fuji Heavy Industries) (formerly the racetrack), and even now there are only a few offices of Subaru's subsidiaries ...
The name of Stella (Latin star) is also from Subaru (Subaru, Six Stars, Pleiades).

ステラタウンにも、レストラン揃ってます。
土呂駅まで歩けば15分ほど。
無料シャトルバスもあります。一時間に2-3本。
アパレル系はUNIQLO、無印、GAPが一番知名度ある感じです。
It is large and there are playsets in the facility in addition to the park. It is with Ito-Yokado, and there is a food court in Ito-Yokado.
There are also restaurants in Stellar Town.
It takes about 15 minutes to walk to Toro station.
There is also a free shuttle bus. 2-3 bottles an hour.
