本部に連絡するも、よく分からない回答で謝罪にもなっていない
最悪な誕生日になりました

お客さんが割と待っていて名前を書いて待つとかも分からなかったです。
女の店員が何名か聞いたあとお待ちくださいとの事で外で待てばいいのか中で座れないがギチギチの状態で待てばいいのか、名前も何も書いてないからこれで後から他の客が来ても分かるのか不安なまま外の椅子で待っていたら、中の待機椅子は空いたにも関わらず案内無し。私たちの後に入店するか悩んでた客も私たちが外で待ってるから右往左往してたのが申し訳ないから確実に椅子は空いたのが見えたので入店して中で待とうと思ったら、女の店員が無言でこちらをじーっと見るだけ。何？睨んでるの？普通に気分悪い。貴女が案内するまで外で待ってた方が良かった？言わないと分からないんだけど。それが不愉快で入店やめました。
飲食店で働いたことあるから大変なの分かるけど外で待ってた客が中に入ってきた時「もう少々お待ちください」ぐらい言えないんだなぁ。他のクチコミでも女の店員が愛想悪いと書いてあるのを見て確実にあの人だなって分かるほどなのどうにかしたら？
あと名前書かないで順番待ちさせるスタンスなら順番は把握してる事や順番来たら呼ぶから待ってて欲しいうまを言うぐらい造作もない事だろ。

I know it's hard because I've worked at a restaurant, but when a customer who was waiting outside came in, I couldn't say "Please wait a little longer". What if I can tell that the female clerk is definitely that person by seeing that the female clerk is unfriendly in other reviews?
Also, if you have a stance of waiting in line without writing your name, you should know the order, and when it comes to your turn, you will call it, so wait.

同伴者共に10％オフの上、500円券とお土産のパンと小皿を貰って帰った。
この日は、ミートソースグラタンとドリンクバーパン食べ放題セットを頂いた。

平日なので、人もまばら。
ランチの３種のミックスグリル＋パン食べ放題＋ドリンクバー税込１６５０円を注文。
ミックスグリルの味は、もっとボリューミーかなぁと思ったが、可もなく不可もなく、ってゆうところ。
次に食べ放題のパンは、ちょっとというところかなぁ。
チーズパンは、上に粉チーズがかかっているが全然チーズの味がしないとか。
一応食べ放題だったので、お腹いっぱいになったけど。
ご馳走さまでした。
First visit at 13:30 on September 24th.
Since it is a weekday, people are sparse.
I ordered 3 kinds of mixed grill for lunch + all-you-can-eat bread + drink bar 1650 yen including tax.
I thought that the taste of the mixed grill was more volumey, but it was neither good nor bad.
Next, the all-you-can-eat bread is a little bit.
Cheese bun has grated cheese on top, but it doesn't taste like cheese at all.
It was all-you-can-eat, so I was full.
It was a feast.

魚介のブイヤベースやアヒージョにはポテトが多く入っていますが、パンを沢山食べた後だと重いような気がします。
料理の提供スピード、温度、ドリンクバーの内容、テーブル横のほこりなどが改善されるともっと良いのになぁと思います。
また来ます。
Freshly baked bread is very delicious.
The fish and shellfish bouillabaisse and ajillo contain a lot of potatoes, but after eating a lot of bread, it feels heavy.
I think it would be better if the speed of serving food, the temperature, the contents of the drink bar, the dust on the side of the table, etc. were improved.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Less waitress, she need to clean table, cashier job and bake bread. Even customer leave more than 30+ minutes, no one clean table. Waitress attitude to customer is totally different than what I've meet before. Bread quality is good, if you are interesting for bread, you can order 1 cheaper set and pay 180 yen for all bread in free, it's an good option to you.
