r	rin-rin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 他のステーキのどんの中でも接客対応と従業員同士の連結がとても良いと思います。目配り気配りも良く、席への案内から会計まで文句の付けどころがありません。それに比べ、所沢東口店(肉の万世近く)は最悪。何度行っても店員の対応が悪いし、客が疎らでも席への案内、オーダー、料理が運ばれる時間、お代わりしてから持って来るまでの全てが遅く、イライラします。店に先に入っていた他の客が案内リストに名前を書かないでいる事がよくあるが、後から来てこちらの名前を記入して待ち、名前を呼ばれたので案内してもらおうとすると、記名していない客が「先に来た」と言うと、案内しようとした私達に店員から何の言葉も無く放置し、その客を案内する。(何度もあります。) 料理の量も他店に比べ少ないように思いますし、店内の隅々に誇りが貯まっていて衛生上汚い。スープバーもとても飲める品ではない。同じ金額を出すなら、星の宮店、狭山店、熊谷店をオススメします。 Among other steaks, I think that the customer service and the connection between employees are very good.
