m	miya on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 休日の夜に来店。18:30頃でしたが、5分と待たずにすんなり入店。番人ステーキ定食の250gを注文。ごはん、味噌汁、サラダ付き。カウンター席だと目の前の鉄板で焼いている姿が見えます。250gだと少ないかな〜と思いきや、思いの外ボリュームがありました。お肉も柔らかくて塩で食べてみても旨味を感じられました。気になったのが肉の保管状態。たまたまかもしれませんが生肉がトレイにどどんと積まれていてラップも何も無しの丸出しのまま。店内には蝿が飛び回っていたので、衛生管理をもう少し気にかけて貰えれば…と思います。 Come to the store on a holiday night. 寺	寺村英雄 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 筑波山トレーニングで1,800kcal以上消費した後にここに来て大正解。350gのレアを注文しましたがペロリといけました。ニンニクおろしと塩胡椒を合わせて、ご飯が進みまくり。肝心のお肉は質の良さを感じる柔らかさで、メチャメチャジューシー。つくば、なかなかやりますね。店内も綺麗で清潔感あります。スタッフさんも感じが良く、何より安い。価格設定低すぎるのでは？素晴らしいタンパク質補給、ありがとうございました。
