味の割に値段が高い。 鶏が硬く旨味がないから、タレでごまかしている。 ご飯の古米の匂いが強いが、上手に炊けている。 お茶と蕎麦湯の味も香りもしない。 お新香は塩分控えめで、美味しい。 2度目の来店をしましたが、鶏肉がしっかりしていて驚きました。 ただし、タレが絶望的。 タルタルソースが無くなり、マヨネーズになっていました。 ご飯は普通のご飯を使ったみたいです。

残念ながら客席の衛生が良くない。テーブルは拭いてないし、椅子もバラバラ。台ふきんをもらって自分で拭いたぐらい。厨房にいる店員はまさにアルバイトっていう感じのおばちゃん。最低限のことしか仕事はしない感じだった。料理自体は値段なり。鶏の天丼はちょっと油の切りが足りないかな。そばはちょっと固め。

セルフで食券を買うのだが、メニューにご飯大盛やその他客の要望に応えるものがなにもない。店が決めた内容のものを固定で買うだけ。しかも出来上がって取りに行くのも客。そのくせ値段がセルフじゃなくて、大盛などもやってくれる他店と同じという存在意義が分からない店。 別に味が特段良いわけでもない。行く理由が全く見当たらない。 追記 どうやら熊谷店だけご飯大盛無料の対象外で唐揚げも他店より1つ少ないらしい。なるほどこの値段でご飯大盛無料で、唐揚げが1つ多ければ十分価格競争力があると納得した。だが熊谷店には益々行く理由がなくなった。

唐揚げも蕎麦も普通に美味しいですよ。 ただ、オープンしたばかりなこともあり店員さんがまだ慣れてない感じでした。 あとキャッシュオンリーなのが少し残念。。

打ち合わせ前に飯でも……とおおぎやに行こうとしたら、鳥から屋さんに蕎麦があったので方向転換。鶏天せいろ大盛りで。 蕎麦の香りが薄いのは私が新型コロナに罹患したわけでは無いと思うが、定食屋だからまぁこんなものか。代わりにかなりコシがある。厳密に見るなら暖かい蕎麦も食わねばならぬが、食感はかなり良いのではないか? また、つけ汁も出汁の味が仄かに香る程度で好印象。蕎麦湯貰った時に気付く程度で丁度いい。いいバランスだ。 鶏天は胸肉やササミだろうが脂感と僅かな下味(唐揚げ用の肉を天ぷらにしたのか?)で、他所で食べる鶏天と印象が違う。タイミング的なものか揚げたてだったし、ここも高評価。 蕎麦屋と定食チェーンの狭間的な立ち位置で、人によっては高額に感じたり味に物足りなさを感じるのだろうけど、割と面白いポジションではないかしら? 私は仕事でこの辺来たら再訪しますわ。他のコメント見ると不評みたいだけど、頑張って欲しい。
