カットステーキも柔らかく脂あり。
サラダバースデーの内容もこだわりを感じます。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 結構混んでいる。スープとサラダ付きの「プレ宮ムセット」と言うおっさんのダジャレ的なヤツを頼む。サラダボールがデカ過ぎる。サラダやスープはビニール手袋を装着しセルフで取り分けるホテル形式。ステーキは厚切り宮ロース240gを注文、相変わらず牛脂を注入して肉質を柔らかくする邪道方式。メニューに小さくしか書いてないから知らない客がほとんど。焼き加減ミディアムでお願いするもレアに近かったので、ペレットを追加して自分で再加熱する。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ サラダ、ごはん、スープのおかわりを自分でやるシステムは今のご時世に相応しく無いので止めて欲しいです。手袋、?しない人が多々居るので衛生的にどうなのでしょうか？面倒でも店員さんがやるべきでしょう。怖いので足が向かなくなりました。改善されたら利用します。

ステーキはｇあたりのお値段なので、食べれる量と金額で色々と選べるのが良いですね。
ソースも選べるし、ホントに自分の好みで色々とチョイスできるねがいいです。

宮のステーキ＆宮のハンバーグを注文!
宮のソースが絶品で、美味しくいただけました。
スープバーが少々ぬるかったのが星一つマイナス点です。
店員の対応も気持ちよく、食事もスムーズに出来ました。
また機会があれば来店したいと思います。
