★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1ヶ月に2回オードブルを頼む事があり、中身を変えるのがOKと言う事で中身を変えて注文したが1回目で間違えられ、帰宅後だったので電話しました。謝る所が不機嫌になった様で、2回目も頼んでるからと伝えるとその時にお値引きやクーポンや次は間違えませんも何も無し。
流石に不愉快でした。2回目はキャンセルしました。あまり口コミしませんが、本当にムカつきました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店員同士が調理場で雑談しすぎです。コロナがまだ落ち着いてない中で、マスクをしてるとは言え不愉快でした。お客様に消毒、マスクを促してるのに矛盾してると思います。

ほっともっとは、アプリ等で事前に予約するのが便利ですね。
