i	iruka endorphin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ サラダバーは、優秀といってもいいでしょう。他のチェーンだと、野菜を個別に放っておくだけが多い中、ここは複数の素材をアレンジしたものが多く、季節毎にも変わるため、飽きません。これと、料理だけなら、星4つでもいいんですが、後述するサービスの残念さでマイナス1しました。ハンバーグやステーキを頼んだ時の、白い岩塩の提供はユーザー目線がない残念さ。小さじつきの容器を置いていくだけ。岩塩で食べる場合、小さじが岩塩を振り散らすのにとても不向きで、結果的に塩の薄いところと濃すぎるとこの、いずれかが出来てしまい、全てを美味しく食べられたこと、は一度もありません。器具でユーザー起因の不味さを生むくらいなら、注文時に尋ねて岩塩を上手に振り掛けたものを、出してください。また、鉄板が熱いため、ソースを焦がしたい時に油ハネが多いのは仕方ないとして、その対策として鉄板を覆う用にナプキンを上から被せておくと、勝手に勘違いされて「片付けましょうか？」と尋ねられ、食べる前の気持ちが萎えることが今まで5回以上ありました。油ハネも、勘違いもイヤならどうすればいいか、がわからないので困ります。とはいえ、誕生日やおもちゃなど、子供向けのサービスはしっかりしてますし、ドリンクバーも新しい機械が導入されたり、専用アプリによる割引など、努力も理解しているので、サービスの残念さはマイナス2以上になることはないと期待はしています。 The salad bar is excellent. K	Kei harapeko on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 厚切りサーロイン150gブロンコセットをオーダーしました。初来店です。金曜日の19時過ぎで3分の2程度の来店客数でした。サラダバーの種類の多さ、オリジナルのドレッシング、温度管理が良いのかどれもしゃきしゃき。マヨ和えサラダ系もマカロニ、スパ、ポテトと3種類あり、他にも期間限定のサラダや葉物も充実していました。デザートのティラミスに緩めの生クリームをかけたら超ーー美味しく、コーヒーゼリーもしっかりしていて、和もののあんこに生八ツ橋という組み合わせも美味しかったです。果物も4種ありました。ご飯は魚沼産コシヒカリを大かまどで炊いていて、しっかり美味しく、コーンポタージュも濃厚でした。お肉もそれぞれ独特で美味しくいただきましたが、とにかくブロンコセットがお薦めです。写真撮り忘れたので参考用を1枚載せました。 I ordered a thick sliced sirloin 150g bronco set.
