蕎麦、和食中心のファミリーレストランですね。 とびきり美味いそばが食べられるというわけではないけども、メニューも豊富で家族連れなどのグループには良いと思う。 但し、たまたまだったのかランチタイム後半には片付いていないテーブルが多く、完全に人手不足なんだというのが気になりました。
It's a family restaurant that focuses on soba and Japanese food. It's not that you can eat delicious soba, but the menu is abundant and I think it's good for groups such as families. However, I was worried that there were many tables that had not been cleaned up in the latter half of lunch time, and that there was a complete shortage of manpower.

本日【くまざわ】という方に接客して頂きました。 ランチメニューがあるのか尋ねたらところ、「15時までです。」と言われたので15時前だったのでその旨を伝えると無視をされました。 その後、通常メニューのとんかつ定食を注文して味噌だれが欲しくて尋ねたところ「は?」と言うような顔をされて「追加で料金を払えばだす。」と言われたのでいくらか聞くと「確認してきます。」と言って放置されました。再度呼び鈴を鳴らして戻ってくると、「設定にないから」と言われました。 (名古屋料理の店じゃないのかよ…)と思いつつランチメニューからのやり取りで気分が悪くなっていたので、もうこの方とは話したくないと思い。質問するのをやめました。 味噌カツ定食がなくなってからも味噌だれは言えば出してくれていたので残念です。 しかしそれ以上に【くまざわ】という方の接客態度の方が残念でした。

I was feeling sick because of the exchange from the lunch menu while thinking (Isn't it a Nagoya restaurant ...), so I don't want to talk to this person anymore. I stopped asking questions. It's a pity that the miso-katsu was served even after the miso-katsu set meal was gone. However, more than that, the customer service attitude of the person named [Kumazawa] was disappointing.

写真を撮り忘れてしまいましたが、ランチで伺いました。連れはカツ丼と蕎麦のセット、わたしは味噌煮込みうどんを頂きました。味噌煮込みうどんは麺が2種類から選べるようです。通常のうどんか硬めの本来の味噌煮込み用のうどん。赤味噌と鰹出汁が効いている美味しいうどんスープでした。調べてみるとやはり名古屋が本社の会社さんでした。 lineで友達になると500円割引のチャンスがあり、ダメでも手羽先3個無料になるサービスがあり頂きました。世界のや○ちゃんを思い出す美味しい手羽先でした。駐車場も多くあり、立地も良いですし、味も高級料亭ではありませんが美味しいので是非!ご馳走様でしたー。
I forgot to take a picture, but I visited for lunch. My companion had a set of katsudon and soba noodles, and I had miso nikomi udon. Miso nikomi udon seems to have two types of noodles to choose from. Normal udon noodles or hard udon noodles for miso nikomi udon. It was a delicious udon soup with red miso and bonito broth. When I looked it up, Nagoya was the head office company. If you make friends on line, you will have a chance to get a 500 yen discount, and even if it doesn't work, you will get 3 chicken wings for free. It was a delicious chicken wing that reminded me of Yao-chan from all over the world. There are many parking lots, the location is good, and the taste is not a high-class restaurant, but it is delicious, so please come! It was a treat.

土曜日の昼、11:10ぐらいに伺いました。開店まもないはずですが、すでに4、5組のお客さんが入っており、後客もぞくぞく。ただ、帰る頃でも満席にはなっておらず、駐車場にも空きがありました。 期間限定の牡蠣入りみそ煮込と、うなぎひつまぶしと麺を頂きました。 中部地方中心に展開するチェーンなので味噌煮込みは無論赤みそ、煮込み用の硬い麺を選択しましたが、いい歯ごたえですね。牡蠣を筆頭にカシワ、油揚げ、かまぼこ、と具材も美味しいですね。味噌煮込みには半熟卵もお約束の美味しさ。あとの具材はネギとチンゲン菜だったのですが、野菜系はちょっと残念な味だったかも。 ひつまぶしは、見た感じ、うなぎの量に対してご飯量が多いか!?と思いましたが、出汁で茶漬けにすることになるので、結果的には丁度良かったかも。 セットの蕎麦も美味しいのですが、もう少し量があったらなぁと思いました。
I visited around 11:10 on Saturday afternoon. It should be about to open, but there are already 4 or 5 groups of customers, and there are a lot of back customers. Since it is a chain that develops mainly in the Chubu region, I chose red miso and hard noodles for simmering miso, but it has a nice texture. The ingredients such as oysters, wrinkles, fried tofu, and kamaboko are also delicious. Half-boiled eggs are also promised to be delicious when stewed in miso. The other ingredients were green onions and bok choy, but the vegetable flavor might have been a bit disappointing. Does Hitsumabushi have a large amount of rice for the amount of eel that you see? ?? I thought, but it will be chazuke with soup stock, so it may have been just right as a result. The soba in the set is also delicious, but I wish I had a little more.

Food is tasty and traditionally serve. Sitting place and as tatami available. Portions of food at big and soba and since alcohol are restaurant made. Very nice service and atmosphere.

One of my favorite restaurant. Its not very expensive and chicken wings are delicious. Recommend to try Nabe if you are visiting in winters.

Great food. I had the butter oysters on rice with cold soba. Only 4stars because I thinks there should be a little more rice. Other than that, yummy!
