横浜限定のアイテムがあるのは、今回初めて知りました。

しかし、婚約指輪を購入予約した際のスタッフの対応が気に入らなかったので、星2にしました。
こちらはクレジット一括払いをお願いしていたのに、「分割払いだとポイントがつきませんが、宜しいでしょうか？」などと勝手に分割払いで話を進められました。
一括払いでと先程お願いした点を伝えると悪びれる様子もなく、「支払い方法を聞いていなかったので」と言う始末。
それなら最初に一括ですか？分割ですか？と聞くべきでは無いでしょうか。
確かにその日は無地のTシャツに無地のチノパン、腕時計もせず、比較的ラフな格好で行きました。しかし分割じゃなきゃ払えないほど、金を持って無いとでも判断したのでしょうか？
その方の名前は誹謗中傷にあたる可能性があるので言いませんが、久しぶりに店員の対応が不快に感じた出来事でした。

Certainly, on that day, I went in a relatively rough dress without wearing a plain T-shirt, plain chinos, or a wristwatch. But did you decide that you didn't have enough money to pay if you had to split it?
I won't say that person's name because it may be defamation, but it was an event that made the clerk's response uncomfortable for the first time in a while.

普段は見るだけになってしまいますがお気に入りの店舗です??
2020年夏頃に高島屋のホームページで見た
アンカー⚓️のネックレスがものすごくおしゃれだったのですが
売り切れてしまったのかなあ…（泣）

大切な宝物です。
その点は星を5つにしたいですけど、店員の対応が残念だったので星2つにさせてもらいました。
まず指のサイズを測ってくださる時、なんという冷たい対応なのかって感じましたね。金髪な私と若い主人なので舐められていると思いました。

高島屋だったのでカードをすすめてこられて、今ならポイントこれだけ付いて年会費無料と言われて主人と悩みながら高島屋カードを作りました。
現金で支払ったのでクレジットカード決済はしておりません。ポイントの為に作成しましたが解約は店頭でしか出来ないと言われ、引越し先に高島屋がないところだったのでどうしようかと悩んでいました。
電話で解約出来ないのならどこかで高島屋がある県に行かないとって思っていたのですが、電話で解約ができた事実。
それから年会費無料としか聞いておらず今後も年会費はかからないと聞いていたが入会2年目からは年会費が発生してしまったということ。
13ヶ月から年会費がかかることも知らず引き落としされてしまい即解約。
どうして高島屋のカードをすすめてきておきながら大事な話をしなかったのか。
それほど高島屋のカードに詳しくないのならカードをすすめないでほしい！！！！大迷惑！！！

見た目でお客を判断する店員とか高島屋の名が落ちるだけだから店舗移動した方がいいぐらい高島屋には向いていない。指も指輪たくさん付けて私らのこと見下していたんだろうなって思いましたね。

Why didn't you talk about something important while recommending Takashimaya's card?
