当時、ゼクシィレベルのお店から、ブルガリ、ハリーウィストン、ヴァンクリ、カルティエ、ブシュロン、ショパールなどのハイジュエリー店まで色々と10店舗以上巡りました。
その中でもダントツで、ムラのないきちんとした接客でした。
購入するまでにFred銀座本店を含めて、3-4回ほど足を運んだのですが、いつ伺っても、どの店舗に行っても、どの方に対応していただいても、とても感じがよく、きちんと接客マナーも守られていました。
指輪はデルフィーヌを購入しました。一生の宝物になる買い物でしたので、購入する側の気持ちは指輪の思い出に直結します。
購入者に気持ち良く買ってもらう。こう言った接客の付加価値は大きく、ヨーロッパでは当たり前のことですが、とても大事なことだと思います。
また、買うつもりのないお客さんにも、いつ伺っても感じ良く対応してくれます。
またジュエリーを買う機会があればこういったお店で買いたいと思ってしまいます。
