[The terrible customer service] The chocolate dessert is OK; The real problem here is the staff's bad attitude. Staff was terrible and disrespectful. I will not ever go back.

Their cakes have a yummy chocolate taste too then that's not too sweet.

I went to this store in 2013 when I was in Japan on vacation. This was the best chocolate and macarron experience I ever had since then. Its 10/10, believe me!

Come here if you love chocolates, sweets, and have an extra stomach for dessert. There are two sides to this chocolate store. The right side which is for take out, and the left which is a dine in experience. There is a wide assortment of cakes, pastries, and drinks which all include their own blend of home made chocolate. I've only had their special seasonal chocolate coffee drink and a cake, but their menu is large enough to have something for everyone. If there is only one con, is that you have to expect to spend at the very least $15 for one item. It's to be expected because it's a fancy place in a fancy area. Enjoy!

The location is great, in the heart of Omotesando, however three points made it not worth : 1/ the taste is okay… good but very far from delicious as you would expect. I went to the Paris center shop location which had delicious chocolate and I felt the level of refinement was totally different and it did not have the “artisan” (homemade) touch. 2/ not worth the price as you can find much better in the area in my opinion, so I would recommend to give a try to another shop instead. 3/ the interior is cute but does not feel cozy. One positive note is that the staff was very welcoming and attentive.

I went for the hot chocolate has their was an article saying it was really good. But it was terrible. They need to train their staff on how to cream milk on the coffee machine. The hot chocolate tasted watery not creamy at all. Like they just add water to the chocolate. (Gustos hot chocolate from the machine had a better consistency) The chocolate they used tastes nice but how they made the item was not right and the cup was halfway full . The cake that came with it, Not good!! They give you a fork and knife to eat it but it falls apart. So you really need a spoon to scoop it in and eat the dry tasteless pastry. Avoid this cake. They focus more on appearance then taste. The small amount of thick chocolate paste was the only thing nice about the cake. I had one proper bite and did not finish it. ¥1500 for this!!! Train your staff!!!

This is probably one of the best coffee shops we’ve been to. We’ve tried the maya and kibune cakes. Both were good. Maya’s chocolate is rich and decadent. Kibune’s pistachio mousse was light and tasty. The raspberry added a little sourness to counter the sweetness. Both cakes are topped with almond toffee. The cappuccino is also really good. My only complaint is the price. All drinks and pastries were a little too expensive.
