★ ★ ★ ★ ★ とにかく店員の対応が悪いです。全く持ってお勧めできません。
① 予約商品が入荷したら電話してもらう手筈だったが連絡が無く、店舗に顔を出してみたら「とっくに入荷してますよ」と一切悪びれる様子も無し。
② 店員に相談したら、別の詳しい店員を読んできますということで待っていたが誰も来ず。当の呼びに行った店員は店の端に座って休憩。
③ 別の日、②の店員に話しかけられて今は何のバインを使っているか聞かれたので答えたら何故か黙る。自分から聞きにきておいてノーリアクションて。。
 Anyway, the clerk's response is bad. I can't recommend it at all.
(1) I was supposed to call when the reserved items arrived, but I didn't get in touch with them, and when I went to the store, I didn't seem to be afraid that they had already arrived.
② When I consulted with the clerk, I was waiting because I could read another detailed clerk, but no one came. The clerk who went to the call sat at the edge of the store and took a break.
③ Another day, the clerk in ② talked to me and asked me what vine I was using now, so I answered and shut up for some reason. Please come to hear from yourself and do no reaction. ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ うまく買い物ができれば、スノーボード用品が安く買える。近隣5店舗（switch,md+s,sports bomber,?)がグループらしく、店にないものでも近隣店舗にあれば持ってきてくれる。安く買うにしても在庫探しにしても店員さんの顔見知り前提な気がするので、その点だけはハードルかもしれない。慣れれば買い物はしやすい。あと、知識量とか得意グッズなどの店員さんの当たり外れはありそう。
If you can shop well, you can buy snowboard equipment cheaply. Five nearby stores (switch, md + s, sports bomber,?) Are like a group, and even if they are not in the store, they will bring them if they are in the neighboring store. Whether you buy it cheaply or look for inventory, I feel that you know the clerk's face, so that may be a hurdle. If you get used to it, it's easy to shop. Also, there seems to be a hit or miss of the clerk such as the amount of knowledge and the goods that he is good at.

普通に定価で買おうとしたのを割引になるの教えてくれて信頼できました。
It was good that the clerk was kind.

The wax wasn't completely cleaned off the edges of the board, but otherwise it was fine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lucky enough to bump into this shop. Went all over Ogawamachi and found this stall offering one of the cheapest deals. We ended up purchasing 3 pairs of boots, a set of snowboard with binding and some other accessories all costing a lot lesser than purchasing from home/online. The staff was kind and patient with us which made us feel at ease when lookin around and considering their options/prices. If you're a tourist ensure to have your passport with you for tax free deals.
