★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ザ、スポーツクラブ。マシーンは結構あるけど、安いちゃっちいマシーンで筋肉にあまり効率的にきかないのがおおいです。一応古いダンベルもあります。22、5キロまで。他のジムのストレッチスペース位のスペースにスミスとケーブル、ベンチが２台ありました。すごく狭くてダンベルフライなどは無理です。
細マッチョとか軽く体動かしたいって人にはいいかも。筋トレ終わりにはサウナとジャグジーもあるので良いと思います

スイミングスクールも別のところから移動してきましたが、子供が楽しく、目標に向かってやれているので
アクトスにしてよかったなと思っています。
The gym staff and pool staff are kind and always kind and cheerful.

ですので、アクトスでもコースによって利用形態が分けてあり、それはそれで良いと思っていますが、もう一つ加えていただきたいと思っています。
これは、マナーの問題だと思うのですが、遅いスイマーが速いスイマーに追いつかれてもコースを譲ることなく泳がれているケースや、速いスイマーのターンの直前で、遅いスイマーが泳ぎ始められるケースがあります。
このような場合、前方を確認した後に、遅いスイマーを追い越すことができれば問題がないのですが、アクトスでは追い越しが禁止となっています。
そこで、次のようなマナー表示を検討していただけないでしょか。
「あなたは、コースをふさいで泳いでいませんか。速いスイマーに追いつかれたときは、プールの両端で止まってコースを譲るようにお願いします。」
プールの利用者の何人かに聞いてみると、私と同じように思っている方が何人か見えました。
これは、少し速く泳げる私の利己的な考え方でしょうか。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 施設を利用して約5年になりますが、他の利用者さんと一緒にトレーニングしたりして他店にはない雰囲気でやらさせてもらってます。とても満足しています。個人的にはプールがあるのも魅力的ですね！もう少し利用者の年齢層が若ければなお活気があって良いと思う！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 広くて使いやすいジムです。テレビ付きのランニングマシンが多めなのが有難いです。
ただ地域性が強いため、知らない方が急にタメ口で話しかけてきたり、仲間同士トレーニングはせずプールの隅の方で話し込んでいたりします。特にプールは使用できるレーンが少ないので、黙々とトレーニングしたい方には不向きな印象。

However, because of the strong regionality, strangers suddenly talk to each other with a tame mouth, or talk to each other in the corner of the pool without training with each other. Especially the pool has few lanes that can be used, so it is not suitable for those who want to train silently.

ボディコンのハロウィンイベントが楽しくてインストラクターの方も優しく教えてくださりとてもやりやくかったです！
