マシンには不慣れでしたがプログラムに沿って言われたようにしていたら3ヶ月で4キロ程絞れました(^-^)/
施設内はとても清潔です。オススメのGYMです！
I was worried when I joined the club, but Mr. Instructor is very kind.
I was unfamiliar with the machine, but if I did as instructed by the program, I could squeeze about 4 km in 3 months (^-^)/
The facility is very clean. Recommended GYM!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 初めてスポーツジムを利用しました。スタッフも気さくで良い感じです。昼間は年配の人が多く、夜は若い人が多く利用しています。
中に奇声を上げる中年男性がほぼ毎日いて、みんな見て見ぬふりをしてますが、スタッフは注意しないのでしょうか？ストレスたまります。
I used a gym for the first time. The staff is friendly and feels good. Many people are elderly in the daytime and many young people are used at night.
There is a middle-aged man who makes a strange noise almost every day and everyone is blindly watching, but isn't the staff careful? I am stressed.

スタジオプログラムが豊富で楽しいです!！
インストラクターも魅力的な方ばかりで元気もらえます。
マッサージチェアやサウナなどリラックス要素も充実。
休憩場所は清潔でドリンク類の自動販売機があり、コーヒーはあの有名なドトールコーヒーが味わえます。手ぶらで行ってもレンタル用品が充実しているので困ることはありません。月会費を払えば何回行っても大丈夫。一日に2回行く人もいるぐらいです。お正月も3日から営業と良心的。本当オススメです!
