★ ★ ★ ★ ★ せっかくの都会的で綺麗な設備、落ち着いた雰囲気が、うるさい常連らしいおばさん達により台無し。
筋トレ用のマシンはテクノジムだが数が少ないので筋トレメインの人には不向き。
フリーウエイトもダンベルが少しだけ。
ラウンジが広くて電源完備なのが良い。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 接客姿勢は丁寧なのですが、利用方法や料金について案内してくれたスタッフ３人ともそれぞれ説明内容が異なり、あまりに教育が杜撰でしたのですぐ退会させていただきました。
また、専用クレジットカードを作らないと絶対に入会できないシステムは理解できませんが、結局、別のスタッフから作らずに入会できる方法を教えていただけました。
The customer service attitude is polite, but the explanations were different for each of the three staff members who showed us how to use and the charges, and the education was too poor, so I immediately withdrew.
Also, I don't understand the system that you can never join without making a dedicated credit card, but in the end, you taught me how to join without making it from another staff member.

夕方までは、おばちゃんたちがコロナも気にせずにぺちゃくちゃ喋るのがたまにキズ。
The staff are polite and the facilities are clean.
Until the evening, the aunts sometimes scratched when they talked messed up without worrying about Corona.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ゲートタワーの13階・14階に入っているルネサンスのスポーツクラブ。プールはないのですがウエイトマシンやサイクルトレーニング、ホットスタジオなど設備が充実しています。それとなんと言ってもサイクルスタジオが常設なのでTRIPやRPMなどのクラスが定期的に行われていてサイクル好きには最高のジムです。全国的にみてもFEELCYCLEなどのサイクルトレーニング専門のジム以外では珍しいと思います。
レンタル込みのプラチナ会員で契約にすればトレーニングウエアやシューズ、タオルなどが毎回無料でレンタルできるので、ほぼ手ぶら状態で気軽に通えるフィットネスクラブです。もちろんお風呂だけ入っていくことも可能です。お風呂やサウナも清潔で綺麗なので気持ちがよく、新年の年明けに行くとサウナの檜板が新しく張り替えられていてGOODでした！欲を言えばタオルが一年ぐらいするとくたびれてくるので定期的に新調してほしいです。稀に使う前から臭いタオルがあったり、レンタルウェアのポケットに前に使った人のイヤホンが入っていたりと、時折クリーニングがしっかりされていないような感じがします。。こちらは改善して欲しい点です。
インストラクターの方々は皆さん気さくな方が多くとても気持ちが良いジムです。名古屋駅近くの好立地など、トータルで考えると価格設定含めとてもリーズナブルなジムだと思います。季節によって14階からの夕日など景色がとても綺麗ですよ！

After all, the cycle studio is permanent, so classes such as TRIP and RPM are held regularly, making it the best gym for cycle lovers. I think that it is rare in Japan except for gyms specializing in cycle training such as FEEL CYCLE.
If you sign up for a Platinum member that includes rental, you can rent training wear, shoes, towels, etc. for free every time, so it is a fitness club that you can easily go to almost empty-handed. Of course, it is possible to take only the bath. The bath and sauna are also clean and tidy, so it feels good, and when I went to the beginning of the new year, the cypress board of the sauna was newly replaced and it was GOOD! Speaking of greed, towels get tired after about a year, so I'd like you to renew them regularly. On rare occasions, there is a smelly towel before using it, or the earphone of the person who used it before is in the pocket of the rental wear, and sometimes it feels like the cleaning is not done properly. .. This is a point I would like you to improve.
Many of the instructors are friendly and it is a very comfortable gym. Considering the total, such as a good location near Nagoya Station, I think it is a very reasonable gym including price setting. Depending on the season, the scenery such as the sunset from the 14th floor is very beautiful!

スタジオが充実していて種類もいっぱいあります。
飽き性の私にはぴったり。(ホットヨガもサイクルなど)
スタジオのレッスン？を受ける時、わからないことだらけでモタモタしていたらすぐに周りの人達が気づいてくれて優しく何回も助けてくれました。
前に通ってたジムは『新参者を嫌う』雰囲気があったのですぐに辞めてしまいました。まあ慣れたら良いのかもしれないけどね。わざわざお金払ってるのに慣れるまで嫌な雰囲気で私は行きたくないな。
でもこのジムは初心者に優しいジムだと思いました。
今は毎回楽しみに通っています。
スタッフの人たちも全員対応が丁寧でよく気遣ってくれます。教育がしっかりされてるなと思いました。
お風呂もあるので嬉しいです。
