★ ★ ★ ★ ★ オンラインで、あるテントを注文しましたが、商品に不具合があり、コールセンターに連絡を入れたら、発送元の千葉の店舗から連絡がありました。商品を送り返してとの事でしたが、オンライン購入だったけど店舗対応希望と伝えたところ、当方の希望したこちらの店舗で対応して頂ける事になりました。こちらの店舗は発送元でもなく、勿論製造元でもないにもかかわらず、細かくチェックをして下さり、不具合を認め、新品交換をして下さいました。オンライン購入で、しかも他店発送の自分たちにとても丁寧な対応をして下さりました。その後店内で買い物していたのに退店時には追いかけて来て、見送りまでして頂き、感謝しています。
テントに関しては、店員さんはとても知識があり、親切なので、安心して相談できます。

They purchased online and responded very politely to us shipping from other stores. After that, I was shopping in the store, but when I left the store, I chased after him and thanked him for seeing me off.
Regarding tents, the clerk is very knowledgeable and kind, so you can talk with confidence.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 関係ないのですが日本一号店は名古屋市西区にあるモゾ（旧ワンダーシティ）です。その頃のスポーツオーソリティは広くて色々な取扱いもあり楽しかったのですが今や単なる町のスポーツ用品店。昔の様にサーフボードからスノーボードまで横乗り系も取扱いして欲しい。今や改装したといってもアウトドアコーナーを増やしただけ。まぁそれはそれで楽しいのですが。こういったお店はネット価格にどうしても負けがちなのでもっとネットにも出てこないようなマニアックな商品やブランドを取扱いしなければ再起は厳しいのでは？
