m	main tuy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ セルフレジも複数台導入されているので、とても会計がスムーズな時があります。ただ、PayPayなどのキャッシュレスキャンペーンなどがあった際は、うまくレジが機能していないことが見受けられました。一方で、店自体は駅から直結している店舗なおかげでとても便利に利用させていただきました。商品の在庫もとても豊富で、試着室もたくさんあるので待ち時間などに商品選びを楽しくさせていただくことができました。レジに関しては、今後のトレーニングや運用次第で変わっていくと思うので、今後の発展を期待しています。 Since multiple self-checkouts have been introduced, there are times when accounting is very smooth. M	M Taka on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ スタッフの教育が徹底されていない。Tシャツの棚に500円と貼ってあったので5枚手に取りました。そのうち２枚には790円の赤札シールが付いていたので、更衣室の前に立っていた男性スタッフに尋ねると790円との返答だったので、500円の札のだけ３枚購入した。２枚を棚に返しに行ってよく見たらレジにて500円になります。と書いてあった。スタッフはわからないなら適当に答えるのではなく、調べてきます。とか聞いて参ります。とかの返答をすべき。私もサービス業ですが、必ずお調べ致しますと返答します。ここのスタッフの適当さは、全国のユニクロがそうなのかと思ってしまうので、教育は大切だと思います。セルフレジもあり、便利だと思いましたが、そのスタッフの無知で☆２つが精一杯の評価です。 Staff education is not thorough.
