Having food allergies, Soup Stock Tokyo has provide me with an excellent place to eat with well defined ingredients and kind customer service. Accept for this location where one employee named "Ogino" who made me feel very uncomfortable. She refused to understand my dietary needs and was not willing to help me find the soup/curry that I was able to consume. Her attitude was down right discriminatory. I am glad that there are plenty of other location, because I will not eat at this location with this kind of service.

It can be crowded on the week end, but the staff is very organized, they'll find you a spot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most places around here are not open until 11:00 am so it was a great discovery to find out that Soup Stock Tokyo opened at 8:00 am. As expected the staff was friendly and courteous and the atmosphere simple but elegant.
We ordered the Sakura Shrimp and Spring Cabbage Cream soup with stone oven baked bread and the Tokyo Borsch with focacia bread. The Tokyo Borsch is essentially a beef stew with carrots and potatoes, it has a slight tangy flavor to it. The Sakura Shrimp on the other hand is simply a perfect cream soup with little tiny red whole shrimp and cabbage with a perfect blend of flavors.
Will most likely stop here again on my visit as few places are open this early.
