h	ha9 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 事前にコースを注文して来店しましたが、お刺身は記載メニューと異なるものが来ました。また、予約サイトにて''混雑時は2時間制''と記載があったのにも関わらず、90分で退出を急かされた為、ゆっくり食事を楽しむことは出来なかったです。飲み放題も60分制だったようで事前に時間の説明がなかったのでラストオーダーが早くて驚きました。 I ordered the course in advance and came to the store, but the sashimi was different from the listed menu. Also, even though the reservation site stated that it was a two-hour system when it was crowded, I was rushed to leave in 90 minutes, so I couldn't enjoy my meal slowly. It seems that the all-you-can-drink system was 60 minutes, and I was surprised that the last order was quick because there was no explanation of the time in advance.
ぴ	ぴー on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 開店後すぐに訪れましたが、案内されたのは入り口すぐの席。店員の会話も丸聞こえで、就活がどうの、クリスマスの売り上げがいくらとか具体的な値段まで聞こえ、コンプライアンス面で問題もありますし、そもそも非常に不快でした。また、予約したメニューを忘れらていることを伝えると、申し訳ございませんの一言もなく、さらっと提供されました。お料理もお刺身が切れ端のような3センチほどのものが数枚。がっかりしすぎて何も言えませんでした。本社に連絡し、お問合せしましたが、特別な日だったとは言え、一度残念な気持ちになったお店に食事招待されても行きたいとは到底思えません。電話での連絡やお詫びもなく、自宅まで来て謝罪したいとのことでしたが、このご時世ですのでお断りさせていただきました。このような気持ちになったので今後系列店を利用することはないと思いますが、他の方のためにも指導を徹底していただけたらと思いました。何ヶ月経ってもモヤモヤします。 I visited immediately after the store opened, but I was guided to the seat near the entrance.
