２０１９年３月３０日、東京・秋葉原にある老舗の電気部品販売のビル「ラジオデパート」の２階に、明和電機初のとなる公式ショップ「明和電機 秋葉原店」をオープンします。
「アートからマスプロダクトへ」をテーマに、ここでしか手に入らないナンセンスマシーンなどのアートから、大ヒット商品のオタマトーンのようなプロダクトまで、明和電機のすべてがを取り揃えます。小さいけれど、ナンセンスな商品がぎっしりつまったお店です。
また、「明和電機 秋葉原店」のとなりには、明和電機プロデュースによるレンタルスペース「ラジオスーパー」をオープンします。「ラジオ」という言葉を「ラジカル（急進的かつ根源的）なオブジェ」と再解釈し、電気や機械のしくみをつかったユニークな商品を制作するクリエーターのみなさんが出店します。

With the theme of “From Art to Mass Products”, Meiwa Electric has everything from art such as nonsense machines, which can only be found here, to products such as the hit Otamatone. It's a small, but full of nonsense products.
Next to “Maywa Denki Akihabara”, we will open a rental space “Radio Super” produced by Meiwa Denki. Creators who create unique products using the mechanism of electricity and machinery will open a store, reinterpreting the word “radio” as “radical (radical and radical) objects”.

It is also so fitting the fact the store is located within the radio depart - one of the icon of old Akihabara! They chose the location in part to support the venue!
