t	tamagawahighschool on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ テレオン2号館は説明熱心な店員さんもいらっしゃり、その方には非常に感謝しておりますが、別の日に違う店員さんに対応していただきましたが接客スキルがない印象があり、早く帰ってほしいのか、”適当”な説明もありました。そこが残念。(過去に冷やかしのお客様がいてうんざりしているのでしょうかね...)もう少しオーディオにワクワクするような”店員さんの姿勢”があれば買いたいと思うお客様も増えるのではないでしょうか。最終的には自分の”耳”が頼りですが。接客に関してはヨドバシアキバや有楽町ビックカメラの方が好印象でした。しかし、テレオンさんの価格はお手頃だと感じました。 Teireon Building 2 was also an enthusiastic store clerk who came very much, thankfully to that person, but on another day we corresponded to a different clerk, but there is no impression that there is no customer service skill, There was also a "suitable" explanation as to whether I want to return soon. m	maps on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 一階の店員のやる気のなさと偏見的な説明(世代の古い情報で誤り含む)が凄かった。二階の方には丁寧に説明、対応いただき本当に買うか迷いました。上のも比較しておいでと言われて行った三階の店員がまた相手にする気ゼロで視聴させてくれず大変残念。二階の店員さんのような方ばかりであれば多少予算オーバーと思いつつ買ったと思いますが、お店としてお付き合いしたい気持ちを削がれたので止めました。他で探すことにします。 The motivation and prejudicial explanation of the clerk on the first floor (including errors in old generation information) was amazing. 小	小林昭夫 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ オーディオ専門店。僕が50年位前の高校生の時、秋葉原の専門店と銀座のショウルームに、毎週通っていた当時のイメージがある為か，お店に行ってもつまらないな。平日、休日立ち寄ってみても5階の試聴室は常にクローズ状態。下の階も陳列はしてあるが試聴しづらいし、相談するのも気が引けるナ。当時との比較に無理があるのはわかるが寂しい。近くでは、ダイナミックオーディオ、御茶ノ水のオーディオユニオンの方がイイネ。あと,おすすめは地下鉄の小伝馬町で降りるとアンプのスペック㈱の本社の試聴室があるので行く価値大アリ。丁寧、親切にイロイロ教えてもらえオモシイヨ。 Audio specialty store. k	k tsuyo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 以前にデノンのアンプを購入。それ以前から、お店には行ってましたが。一見さんには敷居が高い印象でした。ですが実際には、分からないことを尋ねると、かなり詳しく数十分以上、詳細な説明+試聴。とても勉強になりました。価格も値引いて頂いたし、納得したうえでの、いい買い物が出来て満足です。次回、スピーカーの買い替え時も、また行きたいですね。秋葉原も、オーディオ専門店が少なくなり、寂しい時代となった印象。老舗店に頑張ってもらいたいですね。 I bought a Denon amplifier before. This is not the Bic Camera type of store.You better have knowledge of using hi end audio equipment. Ms Ono of the listening room showed me how different SACD models sound like. I told her in Western Canada we do not have this kind of Luxurious to have all different brands of SACD player all in one place. It's a good honour to get a generous introduction by her. I am very happy to enjoy my time here. She was featured in Japanolgy plus Akihabara special showing their store with Peter Barakan. I hope she has all the success in her business . If you need all kind of special audio accessories and need help to improve your hi end audio equipment. If this is your goal. This is a better place to start.
