We need to replace it and they will ask for hefty amount. I think their motive is to put buying a used laptop in customer mind. As Tokyo Pc core business is in used laptop.

I brought a Samsung Galaxy S8 mobile phone with original box, AKG hand free, charger, data cable and phone manual at the last week. It as a brand new and it is not any minor damage. The price is very reasonable. Additionally they provide a 5% discount..?? The customer service is very friendly.
