相鉄線いずみ中央駅高架下に相鉄ローゼンから横浜銀行、KFC、モスバーガー、セリアなどが入居。
相鉄いずみ野線沿線はこれがないと、ほぼライフラインがないとも言える。
駐車場があるにはあるのだが、一体何をどうやって設計したら、これだけ不便な駐車場になるのかと思わせるほどに不可能な駐車場あり。
