★ ★ ★ ★ ★ なぜ宣伝をしないのか不思議に思うぐらい水準の高い串揚げの店。東京育ちの私は他の大手串揚げ店のことしか知らなかったが、この店に来て初めて大阪の串揚げ文化の深さを知った。 大将も無口だけど良い人、スタッフのサービスも最高。値段もリーズナブル。 まずは大将のお任せで注文することをお勧めします。
居住している高麗橋近辺で日曜日の夜に外食するのに困っている人たち、この店は日曜日の夜もやっています。 あるいは関西圏以外の人たち、串揚げの本当の姿を勉強するならこの店です。
Kushiage is a high standard restaurant that makes you wonder why you don't advertise it. I grew up in Tokyo and only knew about other major kushiage shops, but when I came to this shop, I knew the depth of kushiage culture in Osaka. The general is quiet, but the service of the good people and staff is also the best. The price is also reasonable. First of all, it is recommended to order by the general.
People who are having trouble eating out on Sunday night near Komahashi, where they live, this shop also does Sunday night. Or if you're outside the Kansai area and want to study the true appearance of skewered fish, this is the place to go.

it's one of my favourite stores. It's been over 20 years since I started attending. Each skewer has its own unique ingenuity, and no matter how many you receive, you won't get heartburn.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ たまたま仕事の用事で通りかかり、時間もちょうど18:00少し前だったので入店してみましたが、既に店内は常連らしき人達で満席。
お客さんと談笑中の店主らしき人はこちらを一瞥するなり「電話?」とだけ一言。
予約はしてないが入れるか伝えてみたところ、無言でシッシッと追い払うジェスチャーをされ、そのままお客さんとのお喋りに戻っていきました。
他の方の評価を見る限り味はきっと良いのでしょうが、接客業としてそれ以前の問題な気がします。
これが噂の『一見さんお断り』というやつなのでしょうか?
どうしても入りたい方は予約してから来店した方が良いですね。
私は二度と来たいとは思いませんが。
I happened to pass by for work, and the time was just before 18:00, so I tried to enter the store, but the store was already full of people who seemed to be regulars.

油っこくなく、あっさりで、何本でもいけちゃいます。某、有名店よりも全然、美味しい!
マスターは和食の板前さんを、やってたらしく、味のこだわりが凄い!
串かつの概念をくつがえします。
全然、胃にもたれないのもGood!
創作の名の通り、色々な串かつがでてきます。
おまかせも、単品もありました。
パクパクいけちゃう串かつははじめてです。
ワインの種類も豊富だし、日本酒もありました。
デザート串かつのアイスの串かつとか、たまりませんでした。
全てが、美味しかった〜(〃▽〃)
こんな、いいお店、もっと早く出会いたかった〜。
また、近々伺います〜。

上質の油と店主の腕で、何本でもいただける上品な創作串かつが、次々といいペースで供され、美味しい夕食となりました。
デザートのビターなコーヒー風味のもなかアイスも、絶品。
