申し訳ないが、中途半端に高級志向な串揚げ店。値段に見合ってるとはあまり言えない。 ディナーのお任せのコースで入ったが、こういった高級志向の串揚げの場合、揚げたてが命のはずだが、2本づつ出してくるせいで内1本が若干揚げたてでなくなっていて非常にもったいない。 せっかく味が良いのにここまで手間をかけるならば何故1本づつの提供でないのかと残念に思う。(まあ、コロナの影響のコストカットなのだろうが評価は半減以下になってしまうように感じる。猫舌なら別だろうが) また、串揚げに付けるソースは5種類あったが説明が無かったため、揚げたものを持ってきた際に〇〇に付けて食べてくださいと言われても全くわからず、困惑した。(結局、舐めてどういったソースか確認したが) それぞれの素材・食べ方など説明されるが2本同時に小さい声でぼそぼそっと説明されるのも困りものだ。(マスクのせいで多少しょうがないかもしれないが) いくつかは聞き直したし、途中からは面倒になって食べて確認するようにした。正直、高級串揚げの楽しみ方ではなかろう。 また、詳しくはよく見えなかったが、カウンターが2か所ありそれぞれにフライヤーがあるようにも見えたので恐らくはそれぞれのカウンターに職人が立ち揚げたてをすぐに提供できるようにしてあったと思うが、現在は奥側のカウンターのみで揚げているため、手前側のカウンターの揚げる職人から最も遠いカウンターに座った際は持ってくるまでにわずかだが時間がかかっておりそれもとても残念な点である。 店主以外の店員は2名いたが、どちらも外国の方でうち1名は控えめに言っても若干コミュニケーションに難があるように感じた。 なにせ、食べ終わってからデザートがあるとの事で待っていたが30分も待たされて出てこなかったのだから。 揚げる職人の目の届かない席に案内しないなど、ほんの少し工夫するだけで劇的に良くなるはずだがとても残念だ。(すべてはコロナのせいなのか?) 結論としてはランチならばいいが、ディナーはあまりお勧めしない。

(After all, I licked it and checked what kind of sauce it was) Each ingredient and how to eat are explained, but it is also troublesome to explain each of them in a soft voice at the same time. (Although it may be a little helpless because of the mask) I listened to some of them again, and from the middle of the process, I got tired of eating and checking. To be honest, it's not a way to enjoy high-class skewers. Also, although I couldn't see the details in detail, it seemed that there were two counters and each had a fryer, so I think that the craftsmen were supposed to be able to immediately serve each counter with freshly fried food. Since is fried only at the counter on the back side, it takes a little time to bring it when sitting at the counter farthest from the craftsman who fries the counter on the front side, which is also a very disappointing point. There were two clerk other than the shop owner, but both were foreigners, and one of them felt that communication was a little difficult to say the least. After all, I was waiting for dessert after I finished eating, but I had to wait for 30 minutes and didn't come out. It should be dramatically improved with just a little ingenuity, such as not guiding you to a seat that is out of the reach of the frying craftsman, but it's a shame. (Is it all due to Corona?) In conclusion, lunch is fine, but dinner is not recommended.

様々な材料の串揚げが食べられます。衣は軽く美味しいです。店内も落ち着いており、ちょっとした記念日に良いです。
You can eat skewers of various ingredients. The batter is light and delicious. The inside of the store is also calm, which is good for a small anniversary.

As everyone known in japan has a lot of "Omakase style restaurants" mostly for Sushi but this restuarant serve one of local style food in kansai area call "Kushikatsu" . Everyone can enjoy the tasty from the special selected ingredients after deep fried with each reccomend dipping during enjoy with your favorite drink.
