週3のみの営業らしく、ハードル高めのパン百名店。パンの種類は少なめです。 平日17時過ぎ、先客さまなし、後客さま1名さま。 棚はそこそこ埋まっていたけれど、大きなお店ではなく、そんなに種類はありません。 昼間はどうなのかな、そこはわかりません。 【買ったもの】 黒豆パン ¥310 チリビーンズパン ¥350 チョコペッパー ¥237 自家農園で育てた小麦を使われていたり、かなり素材にこだわっていらっしゃるようです。 たしかに美味しい。 けれど、特筆するほどではない…ような、気がします。(ごめんなさい) 以前一度フラれているので、今度こそ購入することができてよかった〜。 ごちそうさまでした。

代官山と恵比寿の間あたりにあるパン屋。 休みが多くてなかなかタイミングが合わなかったのですが並びも少なかったのでテイクアウト利用で。 抹茶大納言、パン•オ・ショコラ、クロワッサン、ラペサンド、ベリーパン、黒豆パンをチョイス。 支払いはPayPayが可能。 パンは全体的にもっちり。翌日でもトースターで焼くと美味しくいただけました!
A bakery located between Daikanyama and Ebisu. I had a lot of holidays and the timing wasn't quite right, but there weren't many lines so I used takeout. Matcha Dainagon, Pain au Chocolat, Croissant, Lapesand, Berry Bread, Black Bean Bread. Payment can be made by PayPay. The bread is firm overall. Even the next day, it was delicious when baked in a toaster!

Small bakery, quite pricey, but great. All the breads I tried tasted good. Not too sweet, soft, not buttery.
