山の中腹からの景色は気持ちいい。

御本尊 薬師如来
真言 おん ころころ せんだり まとうぎ そわか
熊岡八幡神社のある宮山南側の麓に有り、石段の登り口を右側に行くとすぐにある寺院です。
小さな寺院ですが創建は長保四年(1002年)恵心開山と伝えられる歴史の有る古刹です。
御本尊は薬師如来です。また侍仏には十二神将、阿弥陀如来が祀られています。
本堂も小さいですが歴史を感じさせる良いお堂です。
鐘楼は平成に新築されて新しく綺麗です。
また境内には大きな銀杏の木があり秋には落ち葉が黄色絨毯のようになり美しいです。
御住職、奥様共に気さくで話易く良い御詣りが出来ました。

It is located at the southern foot of Miyayama, where Kumaoka Hachiman Shrine is located, and is located as soon as you go to the right at the entrance to the stone steps.
Although it is a small temple, it was built in the 4th year of Choho (1002) and is an ancient temple with a history that is said to have been opened by Keishin.
The principal image is Yakushi Nyorai. The samurai Buddha enshrines the twelve gods, Amida Nyorai.
The main hall is also small, but it is a good hall that makes you feel the history.
The bell tower was newly built in Heisei and is new and beautiful.
In addition, there is a large ginkgo tree in the precincts, and in autumn the fallen leaves look like a yellow carpet and are beautiful.
Both the priest and his wife were friendly, easy to talk to, and had a good prayer.
