とにかくつゆが薄過ぎる。きつねそばに乗ってる揚げのような色のつゆ。自分が濃いつゆに慣れてるだけなのかも知れないが、それにしても薄い。美味かったのは最初のそば茶だけ。
接客は…まあまあ。
そば湯のタイミングを客に聞いていたが、個人的にはそば湯というのは食の進み具合でタイミングよく出して…って言っても仕方ない。
あのつゆにそば湯に入れたらクスリ飲めるくらいお湯に近くなるかも。

Anyway, the soup is too thin. Fried soba noodles on fox soba. Maybe I'm just used to the thick soup, but it's still thin. Only the first buckwheat tea was delicious.
The customer service is ... OK.
I asked the customers about the timing of the soba-yu, but personally, I can't help saying that the soba-yu is served at the right time depending on the progress of the food.
If you put it in soba hot water, it may be so close to hot water that you can drink it.

季節限定の牡蠣と餅の蕎麦とかやくご飯のセットを頂きました。
季節感を感じられますし美味しかったです。
I visited around 14:00 on Sunday, and although I didn't have to wait, it was quite crowded.
I had a set of seasonal oysters, mochi soba noodles and rice.
You can feel the season and it was delicious.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ カツ丼食べられる店で探してたのですが、とんかつ扱っているお店が土曜日の13時位で混んでいたのでこちらにしてみました。
こちらも少々混み合っていたのですが、すぐにテーブルを片付けてもらえたので待たずに入れました。
でも、今回はスポンサーがいたので結局カツ丼ではなく特上うな重のセットでざるそばをチョイス。セットのそばは、ざるそばとかけそば以外はそばの量が半分になるとのことです。
うなぎは柔らかくて美味しいです。あと、特上なのでうなぎの量が多くてご飯が足りない感じ。バランスで言えば特上でないほうが良いかもしれませんね。そばも普通に美味しいくお腹いっぱいになれました。
チェーン店ですので接客もしっかりしてますし、お茶もそば茶で美味しいです。
年配の家族連れなんかで使うのに便利だと思います。西武の中なので、駐車場も完備してますし、駐車料金も1,000円で1時間、2,000円で2時間は止められるので敷居も低いかと。
支払いはクレジットカードと、あと確か各種QR決済が使えたはず。それとdポイントもためられます。

Since it is a chain store, the customer service is good, and the tea is delicious with buckwheat tea.
I think it is convenient to use with elderly families. Since it is in Seibu, there is a parking lot, and the parking fee is 1,000 yen for 1 hour and 2,000 yen for 2 hours, so the threshold is low.
I should have been able to use credit cards and various QR payments for payment. You can also collect d points.
