何年も前から戸塚に行く度に気になっていた福徳屋さんにやっと行けました。 丁度ランチタイムと被ってしまい約1時間は待ちましたが、念願のうどんの為にガマンがまん? 最初のメニューはシンプルな肉つけうどん‼️ 嫁さんは温かい坦々つけうどんです。 つけダレは少ししょっぱ目(つけうどんなので味が薄くなってしまう為にでしょう。)ですが魚系の出汁も効いていて深みのあるいいタレです。 うどん事態もしっかりこしのある太めです。 次に行く時は1.5玉にしよう‼️ (中途半端に中食いなので少し足りなかったですね?)

何回か訪問してますがコスパは素晴らしい!!味はちょっと濃いかな?駐車場は頭から入れると出るのが大変、後混雑時は待ち時間長めです。

セットメニューもボリュームがあり、お手頃ですが、いかんせん蕎麦つゆの醤油の辛さが❌。水で薄めて食べました。このお店がオープンした頃は中々のお店でしたが、今の経営者は、違うのかな❓

他のお蕎麦屋さんでは余り見かけない「肉つけ蕎麦」はお薦めです。麺は太麺で食べごたえが有り、つけ汁も温・冷が選べます。麺の量も2倍迄は料金も変わりません。細麺で更科のせいろ、鴨つけ蕎麦も美味しいです。PayPayも利用可能です。 又、ホールの「お姉さん」がオーダーを取ったり、話す際に言葉の語尾が「ま~~す。」とのびます。これが中々良くマッタリとした感じがgood です。?⤴️?。? ーーーーーーーーーーーーーーー ミニカレー丼&せいろ蕎麦。を頂いたのですが、鰹出汁魚介系の和風テイスト&スパイスでパンチが効いているカレーでした。お蕎麦屋さんのカレーの中でも個性的な感じがします。お薦めです。

とあるYouTuberの動画を観て、好みの蕎麦だと思い電車に乗って小旅行。大盛3玉まで無料です。(笑) 14時近くに行きましたが、店内はほぼ満席で、テーブル席の相席と言われた為、カウンターが空くまで待つ事に。 入口ドアに掛けられた用紙に、名前と人数、カウンターかテーブルかを記入して店の外で待つ決まりみたいです。 待つ事、2,3分でお店の方が名前を呼びに出て来られて再び店内へ。案内の女性の方が丁寧に大盛無料やお茶、水の場所について説明してくれたので、初来店でも焦る必要は全く無しです。(笑) 蕎麦好きとして大盛は嬉しい限りなので、大盛2玉の天せいろを注文。10分も待たずに蕎麦が運ばれて来ました。 一瞬、「天ぷらは野菜天のみか!」と思ったのですが、しっかり大きめの海老天が野菜の枕になって潜んでいました。 野菜もしめじ、赤ピーマン、ごぼうとたっぷりあって、コスパ爆発です。ただ、田舎蕎麦が目当てでしたが、つけ蕎麦以外は全て普通の蕎麦らしく(メニューに書いてありました。しっかり見ないとね…。)、一瞬、あっと思いましたが、こちらでも瑞々しい星の見える味わい深い蕎麦です。 最後に目の前のポットに入った蕎麦湯を飲みましたが、これが少し温かったのが残念と言えば残念ですが、まぁ、些細な事なので星には影響無しで。(笑) 近所にあったらまず通うだろう蕎麦屋さん、近隣の方を羨ましく思いつつ、次回はつけ蕎麦を食べてみます。

(Lol) As a soba lover, Omori is happy, so I ordered two large bamboo steamers. The soba was brought in without waiting for 10 minutes. There are plenty of vegetables such as shimeji mushrooms, red peppers, and burdock, and it is a cospa explosion. However, I was aiming for countryside soba, but everything except soba noodles is like ordinary soba (it was written on the menu.
