も	もり on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 入店したらスタッフが全員カウンターの中に集まっていて一人が挨拶したのみ。こちらは立ったままなのに『何の用でしょうか？』席に案内してから聞くべきでは。プランの変更で訪れたのですが、パンフレットを出す事もなくカウンター内で終始作業。最後にプラン変更のサインとせつめいを行ったかなどの確認のチェックを求められたがチェック項目にある説明は一切受けていません。終いにはプラン変更後は何が変わるのか聞いた所何の資料も確認せずに間違った回答(不安だったので別店舗に確認しにいきました)喫煙所でたむろしてタバコ吸う暇があるならもっと勉強してくださいね。こんな駄目な店舗は初めてです。本社にもクレーム入れます。 When I entered the store, all the staff gathered at the counter and only one person greeted me.
