部屋探しの地名にしかり、部屋のことにしかり。
ディンプルキーですって渡された鍵が普通のシリンダーキーだったり、、
強制加入の浄水器にしたってどのプランでいくら掛かるのか、請求は毎月なのか各月なのかこっちが聞かないとその疑問にすら気づかない。
言い出したらキリがない。
自分が入居者なら普通気になる所。
相手の身になって接してほしい。
結果としては、良い物件を選べて良かったです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 対応が悪すぎます、、若いから舐められてるのか知識がないから舐められてるのか、なんなのか分かりませんが行くたびにすごく嫌な気分です。 スタッフ同士で話してることも丸聞こえ、内容は伏せますが今にも帰りたかったです。 本当は名前を出したいくらいですが、、、担当さんの態度が改善されることを祈ってます。
