・接客にやる気が見られない
・客が質問するまで重要事項を説明しない
・店舗内での連携が取れていない
全て完璧にやれとは言わないが最低限の仕事はして下さい。
久々にこんな酷い店舗を見ました

・ There is no coordination within the store

それに時間がかかり４時間もかかった
確かに料金は安くなったけど本筋から逸れたせいで無駄に時間がかかり後の予定まで狂った

対応した若い男性は、丁寧な接客をし、こちらの疑問にもポンポン答えてくれ、スムーズに機種変更手続をすることができた。
自宅からアクセスしやすいため、また何かあれば利用したい。
