S	Shiho Hashimoto on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ おすすめしません。スタッフのトレーニングが行き届いていないのか、分かっていない人が多すぎます。全然お客さんいないのに待ち時間が長く、「機械の接続以外はソフトバンク側で全て行うからお客さんは何もする必要はなく、料金も下がる」という話だったのでWifiの契約をしましたが、結局こちらでプロバイダー解約が必要ということが後から判明。これは事前に確認し、ソフトバンク側でやりますと言われていた内容だったので、なんなんだと思いました。まあ間違いは仕方ないかなと思いましたが、店舗に電話をしたときに「店舗では分からないのでヘルプラインに掛けてください」の一点張り。ヘルプラインは2時間かけてやっと繋がり、「店舗でそういう説明はありませんでしたか？」とのこと。おすすめしません。 Not recommended.
