そればかりか、個人情報を書かされる行為が2度も行われ、不履行と感じた手続きに対して記入した用紙の返却になかなか応じて頂けませんでした。
1.店員の説明不足で情報を記入する対象者が異なり、記入用紙の返却を求めたがそれに応じなかった。
2.修理依頼の為、記入用紙に個人情報を記入した後、自宅での事前処理が必要との理由で、当該店を出る前に、記入した用紙の返却を求めたのですが、素直に応じなかった。
以上の対応で、個人情報の取り扱いに大変な驚異を感じました。その驚異から、用紙の返却を強く求めました。用紙の返却に2分程度も掛かりました。コピーしてはいないか心配です。

2.After filling in the personal information on the form to request a repair, we requested that the completed form be returned before leaving the store because pre-processing at home was necessary. Did not respond.
With the above measures, I felt a great wonder in the handling of personal information. From that wonder, I strongly sought to return the paper. It took about two minutes to return the paper. I am worried about copying.
