★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 桂駅西口ロータリー内と便利な場所にある。午後五時開店。こちらのお店はタッチパネル式の注文ができない。店内はやや座席に余裕がない作りで、狭く感じられた。従業員には笑顔がなく残念に思われた。
 It is conveniently located in Katsura Station West Exit Rotary. Open at 5pm. This shop can't order touch panels. The inside of the store seemed to be narrow, with a little room in the seats. The employee seemed disappointed with no smile.

『ここであってる？』と不安になった。
分煙ではないので嫌煙家の人には不向きな店舗かもしれないです。
焼き鳥居酒屋さんなので『刺身』はありません❗
メニューは確認してから行きましょう。
接客も丁寧だと思いましたし
注文した物もストレスなく出てきてました。
また来たいと思うお店でした。

注文した後にかなり時間が経ってから「その商品は品切れだからありません。」と言われました。しかも3品も。こんなこと他の飲食店でありえますか？
もっと早く言ってもらいたいと店員に伝えたら舌打ちされました。
大手チェーン店とは思えない接客です。

目の前にバス乗り場とタクシー乗り場があります。洛西ニュータウン方面に行く前にサクッと飲んで食べてしておきたい場合に最適。
バリアフリーではないですので、足が悪い方はご利用いただけません。東口にある店舗をご利用ください。
土曜日の19時半頃に訪問しましたが、満席とのことで外で10分ほど待ってから入店しました。GoToキャンペーンが始まったことにより混雑しているとのこと。店長さんが親切に対応してくださったので、待ちはしましたが悪い気持ちにはなりませんでした。
食事の質、量は標準的な鳥貴族そのものでした。
It is a Torikizoku in front of the west exit of Katsura station. There is a store in the basement.
There is a bus stop and a taxi stand in front of you. Ideal for those who want to drink and eat quickly before going to Rakusai New Town.
It is not barrier-free, so it cannot be used by people with poor legs. Please use the store at the east exit.
I visited around 19:30 on Saturday, but it was full, so I waited about 10 minutes outside before entering the store. It is said that it is crowded due to the start of the GoTo campaign. The store manager kindly responded to me, so I waited, but I didn't feel bad.
The quality and quantity of food was standard Torikizoku itself.

家族で訪問。予約なしでしたがすぐ入れました。店員さんもスピーディーで焼き加減もよく楽しくご飯が食べられました。
It is near the station. It is always quite crowded.
Visit with family. We did not make a reservation, but we put immediately. The clerk was quick and baked well and enjoyed the rice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 幾ら週末で満席とは言え、呼び鈴押してから５分以上来ないのはどうかと思う。ハートの枚数がいつもまばら。一回目は三枚が二本。二回目は四枚が二本。これで同じ値段って、三枚の時ぼられてる気分になる。フードが30分出て来なかった。
No matter how full it is on the weekend, I wonder if it doesn't come more than 5 minutes after pushing the doorbell. The number of hearts is always sparse. The first time is two three. The second time is two four. With this, the same price makes me feel like I'm being drowned in three pieces. The hood didn't come out for 30 minutes.
