スマホとタブレットを契約するという話で前の契約会社を解約するという話だったのにスマホしか解約されておらず問い合わせたら悪いのは相手会社で自分たちのせいではないという説明
それならタブレットはショップに行って解約してくださいと説明があるべきではないでしょうか？自分たちの契約さえ取れればそれでいいのでしょうか
契約時も対応してもらった店員がとても無愛想で最悪でした
