斎	斎藤卓也 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ゼロ学割にプラン変更するために事前に条件等を確認しに行き、学割適用されるとの回答だったので切り替え手続きしたのに、今月の請求額を見たら学割が適用されていなかった。再びショップに行き聞いてみたところ、条件を満たしてない為適用外との回答。こういう事が無いように事前に確認に来ていた旨を伝えても、「決まりだから」とか「センターにも確認したから」と繰り返すのみで、ここまで一度も謝罪の言葉は無し。「まずは、すみませんでした、って言うべきなんじゃないの？」と言っても、頑なに謝罪はしませんでした。 16,000円の実害と、最後まで謝罪をしてもらえず不快な思いになった事への賠償をしてください。 I went to check the conditions etc. in advance to change the plan to zero student discount, and the answer was that the student discount was applied, so I switched the procedure, but when I saw the bill for this month, the student discount was not applied. 村	村山博子 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 何度か機種変更の際に訪れました。プランが毎回分からないので何度も聴きましたが、ちゃんと分かるまで教えて頂けましたよ。店内は広くはないのですが待ち合いスペースがあった点は良かった。駐車場がちかくの喫茶店のお客さんが停めるのでスペースが少なく感じましたスマホとかプランとか何も分からないので店員さんから色々質問されて答えてるうちに安いプランになって満足でした。 I visited at the time of model change several times.
