z	zo hara on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 長野県外からふらっと寄りました。お通しが出てくるなんて最初に聞いていない。生ハム食べ放題とピザとドリンクを選びましたが、最初に生ハムが提供されこれがなんとお通し。生ハム食べ放題の生ハムでは無くお通しの生ハム。お通し自体おかしいと思うが、食べ放題選んだ人にはせめて別のお通しにしてほしいところ。。これならば生ハム食べ放題にしなかったです。説明も何もなく、お会計の時に知らぬ間に加算されてて気分が悪かったです。ドリンクも、一つ400,500円ぐらいするのにグラスが小さすぎて驚きました。。 I dropped in from outside Nagano prefecture. ダ	ダニエルダウソン on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 料理は確かにおいしいです。しかし店主も子守りをしているため店内の子供と遊びながら料理をしており出てくるまでに物凄く時間がかかりますし接客の声も小さく聞きづらいです。店主の子供も騒ぎながら店内を走り回りますので落ち着きません。衛生面も罪悪です。どこを触ったか解らない店主の小さな子供がおままごと感覚でコップの飲み口の縁をがっちり掴んだまま客に出させています。お金を貰い料理を提供する場としては衛生面の意識は今までにないくらい最悪でした。衛生面とサービスには期待できず料理にしか価値はありません。ここにはもう来たいとは思いません。 The food is definitely delicious.
