M	M B on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 個人的には広島では人気・味・共に一番のお蕎麦屋さんだと思います。今回はオープン10分前に到着で一番乗りでしたが、オープンの11時30分に合わせて続々とお客さんも増えてオープンとほぼ同時に満席でした。オススメのメニューは少しお値段はしますがつけ鴨です。写真にもあるつけ鴨のスープは鴨の脂が出てつけても良し、鴨を食べて直接鴨美味しさを味わっても良しです。蕎麦湯で最後の一滴まで飲み干して味わいましょう！写真には写ってませんがお昼なら穴子天セットは頼まないと後悔するレベルの美味しさです。サクサクに揚げてあるのは勿論ですが、穴子の旨みが上手に閉じ込めてあり噛むたびに他のお店では味わった事のない穴子の甘みを味わえます！ Personally, I think it is the most popular and tasteful soba restaurant in Hiroshima. Fried anago not a pleasant surprise, not much difference with other tempura fish. Overall food quality is good, price a bit steep though......
