ざるそばと炊き込みご飯を食べました。
炊き込みご飯にはサツマイモが入ってて秋を感じました。
お蕎麦はもちろん美味しいし蕎麦湯も美味しく満足しました。

お2人でやられてる為、時間はかかっちゃいますので、ゆったり時間が取れる時に行くとイイと思います。? もう1人ホール増やしたら回転率上がる気もする。?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ とっても丁寧にそば作りをされていると感じます。何も言わなくてもそば湯が出てきて、好印象。ざるそばを頼みましたが、ほどよいゆで加減でうっすら芯が残り、バッチリ好みでした。つゆはそばの風味を邪魔しすぎないマイルド系で、甘すぎず、辛すぎず、薬味におろしや柚子皮もあって、風味に変化が出てよいです。
お昼時には待ちがでる人気店なので、早めの訪問がいいと思います。

よく冷えている蕎麦ではないが喉越し食感、あとつゆが良い。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 人通りもそんなに多くないのに、よくお客さんが並んでいてとても気になっていました。今日は、通りかかった時に一組待っていただけで、入ることができてラッキー♪……だったけど、12:30頃だったので、お昼セットのご飯は売り切れてました。残念。ざるそばを頼みましたが、お蕎麦が細くて白くてキラキラしてて、ほんとに美味しかった！！薬味に柚子が付いてて、最初ほんのり柚子の香りがして、心遣いになんだか嬉しくなりました。お蕎麦も、お店も、お店の方もとても優しい感じがして、素敵なお店だなぁと思いました。今度は、並ぶのを覚悟で、早めに行って、お昼セット食べなきゃ〜
