お客さんのすぐ近くだったので、ちょいと立ち寄ってみました。手打ちのコシがかなり強い超固麺との事前情報で、楽しみに訪問。外に薪があり屋根から煙突があることから、薪ストーブがある事が分かります。外観は蕎麦屋と言うより、お洒落なカフェといった感じです。お店に入るとレジがあり、右手が厨房で左手が客席です。客席は外観通りお洒落カフェ的で、4人掛けのテーブルが2つ、2人掛けのテーブルが4つで、左奥に薪ストーブが設置されてました。すだちそばが食べたかったのですが夏限定メニューのようで今の時期のメニューはなく、もりそばと迷いましたが、10食限定の「韃靼蕎麦」をオーダー。見た目は普通の蕎麦より緑がかった色で、そばの種類が違うのが一目で分かります。食感は前評判通り超固麺の最強のコシ!田舎蕎麦を好む方は、もしかして受け付けないかも( ̄▽ ̄;) 私はどちらかと言うと固麺が好きなので、ズルズルいっちゃいました。出汁はそんなに特徴はないのですが、丁寧に鰹節中心に取ったと思われます。他のメニューも試したくなる、素敵なお店でした。リピート間違いなしです(#^.^#)
