★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ２日連続行きました。１日目、冷やしうどんを。う～ん…冷やしうどんといいつつ、ソーメンみたいに氷の入った水に浸かった麺をそっから取ってつゆにつけて食べる感じで、だったらざるうどんと変わらないなと…あれはちょっと貧相だなぁと。お店で出すなら冷やしのつゆ入り麺でないと、あれなら一般の家でできるレベル。
２日目、今度は蕎麦をチェックしたかったので、ざるとの違いも兼ねて、ざる蕎麦を。
気になったので、とろろ付きざる蕎麦にしました。
ウズラの卵がついてきた。それととろろ、ネギ、ﾐｮｳｶﾞ、そしてつゆを混ぜて食べる感じ。とろろは、無くはないけど、ノーマルのざる蕎麦にしておけばよかったなぁと食べてる最中に思った。
もし、食べるのなら、とろろなしのノーマルをオススメしたい。夏場だし、ウズラ生卵ってどうなんだろう…って気がして、お膳来たときに少し驚きました。
元うどん職人の自分からしたら、もう行かないかなぁ…。杵屋には敵わない。

On the second day, I wanted to check the soba noodles this time, so I chose the colander soba, which is also different from the colander.
I was curious about it, so I chose soba noodles that are not thick.
A quail egg came with me. It's like eating a mixture of tororo, green onions, Japanese ginger, and soup. Tororo isn't lost, but I thought I should have made it a normal Zaru soba while I was eating it.
If you want to eat it, I would like to recommend the normal without tororo. It's summer, and I was wondering what about raw quail eggs ... I was a little surprised when I came to the table.
For me, a former udon chef, I wonder if I should go anymore ... It is not comparable to Kineya.

蕎麦も良い味でした。
ここのとろろは長芋ではなくて、大和芋か自然薯みたいにもっちりしていて美味しかったです。
少し舌にピリピリする感じがあったのでもう少しアク抜きしてあると最高でした

麺もスープもとてもおいしかったです。
スープはほのかに甘さも感じられるドロッと系で、
エノキ、シメジ、エリンギ、椎茸、豚肉、エビフライに玉子...などなどで、それぞれは高級品ではないもののこれだけの具だくさんなのに1,300円なのはコスパ高し。
お店は綺麗で清潔感バツグン...とはいきませんがお母さんの接客も気持ちよく感染対策も頑張っているようでした。
お店の前の駐車場は少し停めにくく３台分だったかな？
第二駐車場はあるのかな？
