★ ★ ★ ★ ★ この店舗の問題というより、店全体の仕組みの問題かもしれませんが、買取がほんとうに遅い。大行列してるときにすごく後ろに並ばされたのに並ぶ前に買取見てもらってた方がこちらが30分くらい待って査定の番になってもまだ見てもらっててびっくりしました。こんなに待たされるのにバーコードない商品の査定はネットから申し込んでと言われゲンナリです。時間を取られるのが嫌なのかもしれせんが、ならこっちが並んでる間ずっとカウンター1つを占領してたあの方はなんだったんだとも思ってしまいます。
こんなことを言うのもおかしな話だと思いますが、手間をかけてもフリマアプリで販売した方が早く済んだ気がします。バーコードないなら買い取れないとかルールがあるならもっと分かりやすく明記しておいてくれれば持っていって、長い時間並んで時間を無駄にしなかったのにと思いました。そして、他店なら商品渡して店内見たり外出して待っていられる時間を、ただただ動けず列に並ぶだけは非常にキツいです。
店員さんの態度は接客業と考えると微妙ですが、そもそも態度悪い方の多い中古販売店の店員さんの中では平均的か少し下くらいです。
グッズの品揃えは良く、購入という観点では良いのではないでしょうか。舞台の作品のものも近隣の某水色のショップよりも揃っていますし、そもそもの物量が桁違いだと思います。他店にはないものも多いのでそこは魅力なのでは。(わたしは中古の購入は申し訳ないですがしないのでよく分かりませんが)
ただ、買取だけとはいえあまりいい印象を抱けなかったので今後積極的に利用させていただくことはないと思います…。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 本、ゲーム、フィギュア、キャラクターグッズ等、品揃え豊富で、特にレトロゲームの品揃えがアツいデスっ!!
価格は高めですが、低価格コーナーもあり、写真のカワイイ缶ケースを３００円で買いました。
大きさも丁度良く、ピルケースに使っています♪
あと、作品は分かりませんが、写真の大きい注射器？を持っているかわいいフィギュアも買っちゃいました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ キャッシャーテーブルの女性3人いたうちの1人キャッシャーがお客に対しての対応が良くなく最低。つり銭渡す時もトレーを使わず手でレシートと共に掴んで放るように渡し商品も投げるように渡す始末。
折角、子供の頃の思い出の品を見つけ購入しても、商品見る度、あの時の女性のキャッシャーの事を思い出しムカムカして仕方が無い。直接本人に文句を言ったが、怒りが治まらず、電話で店長さん？
に電話で話すもこの店長も電話で解るくらいの無能力者。
まあ、この手の店ではしょうがないのかもしれないと思いました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ この店に初めて行った時に欲しい商品があるか分からなかったので、レジにいた女性店員に聞いたところすごい嫌な顔をされた。
しかも、声が小さくレジの飛沫防止シートのせいで声が全然聞こえなかったので、飛沫防止シートを越えて耳を近づけただけで、「コロナに感染するのでやめてください！?」と強めに言われて心が凹んだ。
その後、改めて「どこ探せばいいですか？」と女性店員に聞いたところ「ミリタリーコーナーの所探して！?」とまた強めに言われ、さらに心が凹んだ。
初めて行ったお店で楽しい買い物ができるはずだったのに、この事がキッカケで全てが台無しになった。

雑貨コーナーが充実して居て、女性向けのアニメ小物類が特に豊富でオススメ
購入メインで利用する分には、とても良い店舗です

買取をメインで利用する場合は、かなり厳しい店舗に思います
買取の際は、買取専用のカウンターで受付しますが、全体的に査定の厳しい店員の方が多く、買取コーナーに常在するリーダー格の店員の方の方針か、買取利用客に対し上から目線かつ客側に不利を強いる、やや理不尽な応対で接してきます
利用客は時間と労力をかけ持ち込み、店員側は店舗本位な接客と厳しい査定のセットで迎える様を思うに、横浜店の店舗買取を利用する価値は薄いと感じます
ただ、横浜店の低価格の小物雑貨類、ジャンクコーナーの商品の充実も、厳しい買取査定の賜物かもしれません
良い部分と悪い部分を表裏と考えるなら、下手に買取を改善されるよりは現状のまま、買取利用客に厳しい店舗で居てくれる方が、購入利用客にとっては良い店舗なのかもしれません
少なくとも、購入の利用で訪れる分には、不快な思いをする事はまず無いので、使い分けが重要な店舗の様に思います

回転率が良いみたいで、品物の種類が毎回来店するたびに変わっていて飽きさせないです。
オールドゲームの購入をメインに利用していますが、コンディションによる値段の差が無いので、同じタイトルでもよく吟味して選択したほうが良いと思います。
二千円以上買い物すると90分スカイビル駐車場が無料になるのがありがたいですね。
ワゴンのジャンク品にお宝がたまに混ざっていますので、要チェックです。
立地条件（上層階）が悪いのか、いつ行ってもフロア全体の室温が高いです。冷房が全然効いていないです。狭い通路で人が増えてくるとサウナ状態になります。

My favorite store for gunpla. I visit the store regularly as new products come in every day. I never know when I will find something I have been looking for. There are always plenty of rare kits, especially p-bandai.
