★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 中学生の娘がバドミントン部に入りお世話になるようになりました。ラケット選びを娘としていた時に少し離れた位置から声を掛けてくださり、よくある近寄って強引？に話をして買わないと悪いなぁみたいな雰囲気になる事もなかったです。ラケット選びは全然分からなかったので相談させて頂きましたが丁寧に教えてもらい満足できるものを買う事ができました。3ヶ月後にバドミントン部で使用する靴を買いに言った時も変わらず丁寧な対応して頂きました。ラケットのガット？張替えは電話で予約もできますし来店して混雑していなければ1～2時間程で作業してもらえます。学割もあって学生さんはいいのではないでしょうか？テニスの商品もたくさんあって試し打ち？もできるようですよ。

話しかけて相談をしているのにレジを優先し、その後は何事もなかったかのように無視をされた。
普通自分で対応出来ないなら、誰か呼ぶなりしないとダメかと
この２ヶ月間で３本ラケットを購入したが、特価等ではなく、全て３万以上、次からはネットで良いと思えるレベル。
年明けにもう一本購入予定だったが…
相談をして購入出来るのが実店舗の強みであるのに、その対応じゃ、並行輸入品で良い。
卸している正規輸入代理店様にも申し訳なく思わないのか？
接客レベルの低さを感じてしまった。
レンタルラケットをお借りしているので、こちらで買わせて頂いたが、借りているぶん購入させていただきましたのでこれで購入は控えさせていただきます。
